With a history going back to the early 1800s, Clocktower Place has endured the test of time and is committed to a sustainable future that acknowledges a responsibility to live in harmony with our environment.

Today, Clocktower Place utilizes carpets that are designed for recycling, and we enhance interior air quality by using low VOC paints. Our staff is careful to only select products made from recycled materials, whenever possible, including the paper products in our health club. Additionally, our porters select only biodegradable cleaning products and our maintenance personnel use only interior bulbs and fixtures which are high-efficiency.

In our business practices, Clocktower Place is committed to recycling, and we make it easy for our residents to recycle as well with our recently expanded recycling centers. The initial roll out of our recycling program removed nearly 3000 cubic yards of waste from local landfills.
