“We moved to Clocktower Place in December 2000 from Eastern Canada. We picked Nashua and Clocktower Place off the Internet.
We were attracted to the size of the apartments. Our home offers a great view of the Nashua River, with views also of the fountains. It’s a quiet apartment, with huge windows everywhere.
This was our first time living in an apartment. It was difficult to move from a home, but the fact that we’ve been here so long says a lot about Clocktower.
We love being in downtown Nashua. We walk everywhere. While living here, our kids have gotten black belts in Karate—and we walked there. We also love being able to walk to the library and to restaurants.
We use the health club daily and Michelle and Tia in the management office look after us whenever we need anything.
It’s hard to describe our Clocktower experience in one sentence. Location is part of it. I guess I would say: The size, the view and the location.

“We chose to live at Clocktower Place because we liked the idea of a recycled mill building, and had in fact looked at other mill building apartments in a few cities.
We happened to be in Nashua one Saturday and noticed Clocktower Place. Friends of ours had already recommended that we look at Clocktower. So we parked the car in downtown, and walked over. As soon as we saw the building, we said, this is the place for us. It was love at first sight. The location was also within good commuting distance of Billerica, Massachusetts.
The style of living is what really attracted us to Clocktower Place. We loved the location close to downtown Nashua, and we have become totally addicted to living downtown. On weekends, we don’t even have to use our car. The amenities of downtown are totally available to us.
We also appreciate all the amenities of Clocktower Place, including the indoor pool and the fitness center. We’ve also found the staff in the office to be helpful and nice.
In a few words, we love Clocktower Place because of the repurposed mill building, the location, the staff and the amenities of Clocktower and downtown.”

“I am now living in my second apartment at Clocktower Place —I had the opportunity to move next door and gain a great river view and a larger living room. All the apartments at Clocktower Place are unique. That’s what I like about it.
Being downtown is great—I’m within walking distance to eight good restaurants.
The management company is always ready to help—and I’ve had a great rapport with them since I moved in. The amenities are great—the indoor pool, the weight room. I recently held my daughter’s birthday party in a Clocktower Place function room.
We have great neighbors, and a great sense of community at Clocktower Place—with regular events like the summer barbeque.
I really enjoy having the underground parking garage—so I don’t have to worry about inclement weather.

“We‘ve lived at Clocktower Place for a little over 3 years. We were attracted to the convenience, the location and the mill buildings. Our home is not like an apartment at all. We have a large 2-bedroom apartment with tall ceilings. Our living room has windows on three sides and we overlook the Nashua River from the fourth floor. Looking out our windows at snowstorms and lighting storms over the river is great. They look beautiful.
We moved from a duplex and had lived in a regular apartment building before that. The amenities at Clocktower are great. We love the indoor pool and the weight room. The underground parking is real convenient too – they even make unloading groceries easier with carriages that you can borrow from the office.
We do a lot of online shopping, and Clocktower Place is great because our packages are delivered to the office, where they are held until we are able to receive them.
Living in downtown Nashua is awesome. We enjoy walking to all kinds of restaurants, to the little shops that make Nashua unique. Plus, we can walk to the weekly farmers’ market and to parades and to the annual Holiday Stroll.
We love old mill buildings, and they have done a great job with transforming it to apartments. They really do have 100 different floor plans, so every apartment looks different.
If we had to say in one sentence what we like best about Clocktower Place… it would be the luxury and convenience— all in one place. It feels like a home—it feels like a condominium, like something that we own.”

“We wanted to live in Southern New Hampshire, and a friend recommended Clocktower Place. It’s close to where I work in Bedford, MA.
Clocktower Place is very convenient—just a short block to Main St. We walk easily to restaurants, banks, shops, Town Hall.

I have lived in apartments or townhouses but I have never lived in a historic building before. What drew me to Clocktower Place was the story behind the building—the history of the facility. And I love the high ceilings, which give you an immense sense of spaciousness.
Living here over the years, I continue to be impressed by the care and the professionalism of Clocktower Place.
